We’ve had a lot of new faces around here lately, so we figured it was a good time to answer one of our most common questions:

Saw someone make watermelon ice cream like this and obviously we had to try it. 🍉🍦

Half a frozen watermelon + Burbach’s Countryside Dairy heavy cream. Pour it in, scrape up the watermelon, and mix it all together.

We weren’t entirely sure how this one was going to turn out, but it was actually REALLY good.

Cold, creamy, refreshing, and ridiculously easy.

10/10 summer experiment. Would make again.

We're excited to welcome Casanova's Butchery Rockbrook to the Burbach's Countryside Dairy family!

You can now find our farm-fresh milk at Casanova's. If you've never stopped in, it's worth the visit. Along with our milk, you'll find a great selection of quality meats other products, as well as house made soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Looks like Raspberry Milk isn’t ready to leave just yet!🩷

The response has been so good that we decided to make it one more week before switching to Salted Caramel.

That means you’ve got another chance to grab a bottle if you haven’t tried it yet (or if you’re already wishing you had another).

Don’t worry, Salted Caramel fans, we’ll be making that next week instead. 🧡

The last one is more of a daily goal than a daily accomplishment.

You can now enjoy coffee made with Burbach's Countryside Dairy milk at Felius Cat Cafe & Rescue in Omaha.

The RSVP is officially open for our 20-Year Farm Picnic! 🎉🥛

Join us on Saturday, September 19, from 11 AM–3 PM for a fun day on the farm with free lunch, yard games, a bounce house, milk sampling, potentially some local vendors and more.

The event is free, but we’re asking guests to RSVP so we can get a rough estimate for food and activities. Your response doesn’t have to be a firm commitment—we just want a better idea of how many people may be joining us.

🍓 Big news... Strawberry Milk is here to stay! 🥛

Starting in August, Strawberry Milk will now be available all the time, right alongside Chocolate Milk.

That means instead of rotating two featured flavors each week, we'll now have:
🥛 Chocolate Milk (always available)
🍓 Strawberry Milk (always available)
✨ One featured rotating flavor

We're excited to make one of your favorite flavors available year-round while still bringing you fun seasonal favorites!
