October flavors are here! 🎃🥛

We’re keeping Pumpkin Spice around for two more weeks, then switching things up with Cotton Candy for the second half of the month! 🍭

Make sure to grab some Pumpkin Spice goodness while you can — it’s a seasonal flavor and won’t be around for long!

Do you know what’s in your cream? 👀

Ours is pretty simple: cream. That’s it.

No gums, stabilizers, emulsifiers, or other additives. We leave them out and bottle our cream as-is because we believe sometimes less is more, and it simply tastes better that way. 🥛

Moo baby, that's good!

Happy World School Milk Day! 🥛📚

Milk has been showing up on school lunch trays for generations — and for good reason. A cup of milk packs 8 grams of protein along with calcium, vitamin D, potassium and more.

Not bad for something that starts right here in the barn. 😉

We had a lot of people asking about our merch at the 20-Year Farm Picnic after we ran out of a few things! 😁

Good news — you can always find our tees, hats, tumblers and more on our website!

We don’t make up the holidays, we just celebrate them.

September 27 is National Chocolate Milk Day, and this is one we’re particularly qualified for. 🥛🍫

Grab a bottle and celebrate accordingly.

We recently connected with the Elmwood-Murdock Cross Country team and provided chocolate milk for their pre-meet dinners throughout the season.

There are about 30 runners on the team, so they’ve been putting away their fair share of Burbach’s chocolate milk.

They sent us this photo as a thank you, and we thought it was too good not to share.

Good luck with the rest of your season, Elmwood-Murdock XC!

We’re still blown away by how many people came out to celebrate 20 years with us on Saturday. We estimate more than 400 people made their way to the farm — mud and all!

A few highlights:

🌭 660 hot dogs consumed
🐴 Horse rides were a hit
🐄 The baby calves got plenty of attention
🥛 A whole lot of milk was enjoyed
🚶 Facility tours ran all day and were packed with people wanting to see how everything works
🌧️ And somehow, the rain and mud didn’t seem to slow anyone down

We knew people liked our milk. We did not know 400+ people liked it enough to spend a muddy Saturday afternoon with us. 😂

Thank you to everyone who came out, everyone who helped us pull the day together, and everyone who has supported Burbach’s Countryside Dairy over the last 20 years.

See you in another 20?😉
