Cedar Mountain Farm Our farm provides year round vegetables, beef, raw milk, cheese and registered jersey and Holsteins. Our extra milk goes into Cabot Cheese.

We are partnered with Cobb Hill Cheese to turn our jersey cow milk into award winning cheeses.

Clean barn. The pack barn got a deep clean-out yesterday. 8 dump truck loads left the farm to become compost for Long Wind Farm tomatoes.

Whole milk in the Instapot. Added maple syrup and vanilla. Pasteurized and then cooled. Incubate for 8 hours.
