Parshallville Cider Mill OPENING DAY: AUGUST 29, 2026! Wednesday-Sunday 9am-6pm. Closed Monday & Tuesday. Tom Walker's Grist Mill is a Michigan Historic Site.

It is commonly known as the Parshallville C***r Mill, located in Parshallville, a small picturesque community, sitting on the banks of the North Ore Creek in Livingston County . Come visit our 136 year old mill which is one of the few remaining water-powered mills in Michigan . This mill also has a rich history as a flour mill known as Success Flour. It eventually became a grist mill, grinding grain for animal feed. These grains are still listed on the mill wall today. This c***r mill attracts autumn visitors from all over the state. We freshly press our c***r onsite, make spiced donuts, caramel apples, and from scratch apple pies. We partner and support many local businesses providing a variety of heirloom apples for baking and eating, honey, maple syrup, butters, salsas and more! Enjoy all of these Michigan made products by the peaceful and beautiful Ore Creek.

Happy Sunday!

The BioFarmer will be joining us today serving locally raised, farm fresh burritos! The brats were just made yesterday from meat raised just down the road in Highland!

You don’t want to miss this one and they got you for breakfast, lunch, or dinner today 9-6!

Come on out for good food, music, all of the fresh made goodies, fully stocked apples, a shop full of locally made items and all of the fall vibes.
