Tomorrow morning’s pastry lineup is loaded with local favorites and soon-to-be favorites!

You completely cleared us out of our Strawberry Hand Pies today! If you missed out (or need round two), a fresh batch is ready to go for Saturday morning. Flaky, buttery crust, sweet strawberry filling, strawberry icing & sprinkles!

We are also introducing a brand-new bakery item tomorrow: the Cinnamon Kouign-Amann (pronounced “queen uh-mahn”)!

If you’ve never had one, think of the flakiest, butteriest layered croissant pastry, folded with cinnamon sugar that bakes into a crisp, caramelized crunch on the outside.

How to order at the window:
- Plain / As-Is: Served without filling so you get that pure buttery, flaky, caramelized cinnamon pastry.
- The “Sweet Queen” (Pictured!): Want to take it over the top? Order the Sweet Queen and we’ll pipe rich, real cheesecake right into the center on the spot!
(P.S. The pastry case will display them plain, but just say the word and we’ll crown it with cheesecake for you!)

Just finished baking and icing these yummy strawberry hand pies for YOU tomorrow morning! Come early cause you don’t want to miss out on these!

We might also have fresh baked cinnamon rolls! I realized someone put the 25lbs pound of powdered sugar up on a shelf and I'm not risking hurting my back again. If I can sweet talk my hubby into getting up early then we will also have yummy rolls along with our usual delicious lineup of pastries!

Closed Tuesday, Oct. 6. Unfortunately I tweaked my back yesterday. Between the pain killers and the need to ice and rest…I will be staying home today so I don’t make it worse. I apologize for the inconvenience.
