Slow roasted in red wine, beef broth, & rosemary served over garlic & chive mashed potatoes topped with gravy made from the drippings.

We’re going to have lots of organic produce at the Trousdale Co Farmers Market this evening 5pm-8:00

We’ll have:
-Watermelon (Crimson sweet, Sugar Baby, & a seedless variety)
-Tomatoes
-Bell Peppers
-Hot Peppers (Serrano, Cayenne, Ghost Peppers, Hot Banana Peppers)
-Eggplant
-Zucchini

We’ll also have our Sourdough Chocolate Chunk Cookies AND we’re debuting a new flavor today. Starting with our tried and true chocolate chip
Cookie base we added toffee pieces, peanut butter chips, and Mini Reese’s cups.

And don’t forget to come check out our DIY flower bar in collaboration with DeeDee’s Garden

Slow roasted with fresh basil and lots of garlic perfect for pizza, pasta, dipping, soup, you name it! Shelf stable, we are now accepting preorders, stock up for your family for winter!

these will be stocked in the stands later today & available at the Trousdale Co Farmers Market Thursday and Saturday this week.
