We have 2 Farm to finish hogs available in August. These have lived in rotational paddocks, with access to nuts, roots and grasses their whole lives. They will hang around 250- 300 lbs. They were born on the farm, and will be harvested and processed on the farm, in our custom butcher shop, after your specifications.

Maricken was showing of her new piglets this morning...

We had a litter of piglets born right before the cold weather. Its amazing how these hogs can handle low temps, with a good hut and a bale of straw. Piglets are chunky and spunky, and ready to play in warmer temps!

Winter has arrived in SW Missouri, and the hogs are enjoying their straw filled huts and some hay to nibble on.
We still have a couple of butcher ready hogs, if anyone want delicious Christmas ham and nitrate free bacon.
