Established in 2014, Scenic View Farm LLC is a family farm offering quality Paso Fino horses and ADGA Nubian goats. We also offer exceptional boarding!

Ashley has been involved in the Paso Fino breed since the age of 8. As a kid she spent the majority of her time riding the trails and occasionally competing in local shows. Although there wasn't much time to ride during college and veterinary school, she never lost her passion for the Paso Fino horse! Since earning her veterinary medicine degree, she has been able to spend more time enjoying the h

orses. Scenic View Farm is currently a private facility. She hopes to continue to expand the farm's services in the future to include horses for sale, foaling services, breeding services, and boarding. Joe thoroughly enjoys working around the farm, whether it be with the animals or with the farm machinery. He is a great handyman and can usually be found on the tractor! Congratulations to our boarder Katy Joy, recipient of a 2026 Feather Fund Chincoteague Foal! She was chosen to honor the memory of Cheryl deBeaubien, who - along with her husband, Scott - sponsors this special award. Cheryl was touched by the story of Carollynn Suplee and the mission of the Feather Fund. Katy is a hard working, Chincoteague Pony loving gal who has applied to the Feather Fund in the past and was chosen this year!

What is the Feather Fund?

If you’ve ever read any of the Misty of Chincoteague books, this should interest you!

The Feather Fund is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit fund operating under the umbrella of the Community Foundation of Carroll County. The Feather Fund continues work begun by Carollynn Suplee, assisting deserving children with the purchase of Chincoteague Ponies. We believe raising a foal teaches children life lessons, including
responsibility, good care, love, and ethics, as well as the concept of giving back to others through the care and training of his or her animal. Additionally, the Fund may occasionally provide attendant costs or financial support to Chincoteague Pony related philanthropic causes.
The Feather Fund relies on donor contributions and fundraisers to make pony dreams come true.
