We are ending this year on the most unexpected and meaningful note…

Big Hart Farm has officially been voted Best of Georgia 2025 – Regional Winner for Family Amusement Places.

To say we are honored doesn’t even begin to cover it!

As we wrap up our third season, this recognition feels incredibly special. Every single person who walked our fields, picked flowers, wandered our pumpkin patch, released butterflies with us, danced at sunset, attended a class, or simply shared a smile with our team - you have helped us build something truly beautiful here.

Thank you to our amazing community of flower friends and farm visitors who continue to show up, support us, and believe in what we’re growing. You turned our dream in little ole Hartwell into a place families choose to make memories year after year.

Thank you to our incredible staff, past and present, who gave their hearts, energy, sweat, and sunshine to make each season better than the last. Your hard work is woven into every bouquet, every pumpkin harvest, every event, and every happy moment shared on this farm.

And thank you to everyone who voted for us! Being recognized across the state as a family place worth visiting is one of the greatest honors we could receive.

We’re already dreaming, planning, and planting for another beautiful year to come!

We are so excited to share a proud moment for our farm family. Cassidy has been with Big Hart Farm since the very beginning, learning, growing, and helping shape who we are today.

Over the past few years, we’ve watched her develop her skills, her confidence, and her own unique style as a grower and designer. Now, she’s taking the leap into building her own specialty cut-flower farm - Little Dollie Farms & Flowers - and we couldn’t be prouder.

It’s a beautiful thing to watch someone you’ve worked alongside step into their own dream, and we know she’s going to bring so much heart, creativity, and beauty to our community.

Hello everyone!

I’m Cassidy Banister, the owner of Little Dollie Farms & Flowers, a specialty cut-flower farm located near Hartwell, Georgia. I’m excited to introduce my business and share the work we’ve been cultivating.

At Little Dollie Farms & Flowers, we grow premium blooms from spring through fall for florists and floral designers who value fresh, local, and carefully tended flowers. I’m also beginning to dabble in market bouquet design by creating small-batch, seasonal arrangements that highlight the beauty of each week’s harvest.

In addition to serving the floral industry, we offer an on farm curated photo location, for photographers. Providing a natural and seasonal backdrop for portraits. Available by appointment only.

🎃 All You Can Carry Pumpkin Weekend at Big Hart Farm! 🎃

All you can carry pumpkins this weekend (just in time for Halloween) for only $20 per person! 👏💪

We’ll be open 10 AM – 6 PM today, tomorrow, and Saturday with the pavilion full of pumpkins in every shape and size. Whether you’re hunting for that perfect carving jack, planning to bake a homemade pie, or want to paint a few with the kids, this is your weekend to load up and have some fall fun! 🍂🎨🥧

Bring your family, grab your friends, and make one last trip out to the farm before we close for the year. We’d love to see you for our final days of the season! ❤️🌻

🎃 Pumpkin Centerpiece Class - TONIGHT at the Hart County Botanical Gardens! 🍂

No experience needed! This class is for everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned floral designer or just looking to try something new, you’ll love this fun, hands-on evening of creativity at the gardens.

Each guest will design their own one-of-a-kind fall arrangement using a specialty heirloom pumpkin and beautiful fall flowers - all materials provided and guided step-by-step instructions by Big Hart Farm owner, Maggie Jackson.

🌿 When: TODAY, October 24th | 5–7 PM
🌿 Where: Hart County Botanical Gardens Pavilion
🌿 Cost: $65 per person (includes all materials and supplies)
