Two Fox Farms Two Fox is a family farm in Upstate New York dedicated to providing pasture raised meats.

Two Fox Farms spans 60-acres along the northern border of New York’s Catskills region. Our family-owned and operated farm consists of woodlands, terraced hills cut by natural springs, and open meadows. We practice sustainable farming techniques with the belief that what we take from the land, we must give back. With this in mind, we raise our animals and crops according to rotational grazing/plant

The farm site and its 160 year old dairy barn is located at the crossroads of one of South Hartwick's original business areas. Neighborhood buildings from the 1868 South Hartwick Map use to include the local sawmill, post office, school house #10, and arbor store, brick kiln, cider mill, grist mill, and more all within a block of the Otsego Creek d**e.

Nothing will get me back on social media faster than Bratwurst Day! We were inspired ten years ago at the historic sausage kitchen Wurstkuchl in Regensburg. It was the cleanest and freshest bratwurst we had ever tasted. Our mission was set: to recreate the perfect Bavarian grilling sausage. We our proud to have created our Two Fox Nürenburger Rostbratwürst and have been sharing it with friends and visitors to the farm for the past four years! Wherever you are in the world stop by a sausage kitchen or family farm and get you a pack of grilling sausages and celebrate with us!

Two Fox Farms diverts 99% of its organic waste. You can too. Holidays mean family and food. Sometimes too much family and too much food! Instead of sending excess organic waste to the landfill to rot and produce methane and warm the planet, commit to diverting it. Start a compost pile to feed your gardens or house plants. Find a farm that accepts organic waste for livestock or compost. Make it a New Year’s resolution to waste less and divert more.
