One of the biggest questions we get at the market is, "I'd love to buy your beef in bulk, but I don't own a giant chest freezer!" We totally get it—not everyone has the space for a big freezer. That’s exactly why we created our brand-new Kitchen-Freezer Share!

We’ve divided a single steer (1/16th) so you can get a true pasture-to-plate bulk discount, but in a perfect ~25 lb bundle designed to fit right in your regular kitchen fridge freezer.

Our beef is completely pasture-raised in small groups with zero antibiotics or added hormones, and then dry-aged for 14 days to give you that incredible, premium flavor and quality you just can't find at the grocery store.

We are excited that so many people have signed up already!

Farm CSA Meat or Egg Shares, sign up ends on June 10th (tomorrow!)

Our shares include 12 weeks of pasture-raised meats or pasture raised eggs. This CSA is a great way to try a variety of our meats without committing to a whole side of beef or pork. You support a local farmer, while enjoying food raised right here on our farm! We have small shares, large shares or weekly egg shares available.

We have a limited number of shares available, so sign up today! You only have until midnight tomorrow night June 10th! Pick up available at the Mundelein Farmers Market on Saturdays or at our Farm in Harvard.

Exciting News: Our First-Ever CSA Starts This Week!

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our very first CSA program!

For 12 weeks, members will receive a selection of pasture-raised meats along with fresh farm eggs. This CSA is a wonderful way to fill your freezer and support local farming while enjoying food raised right here on our pastures.
