Allicin is the component of garlic that has a wide range of potential health benefits, including antioxidant, antifungal, antiparasitic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Garlic has been used for centuries as a health staple.

Hey all! If you'd like any microgreens, I'll be out and about this week. Free delivery to Woodstock IL Monday, Barrington area IL on Tuesday, Paddock Lake WI on Wednesday. We will also have our garlic tincture, 2 ounce bottles for $25.
For greens, we've got kohlrabi, pea, kale, lunar carrot (new), cabbage, radish, nasturtium, and sunflower.

We're going to do a temporary growing stop after this week, until after January 1st, so get your greens now! Garlic bulbs will still be available throughout the month.

Hey all, if anyone wants greens or garlic delivered today, let me know. $5 per ounce, $9 for two ounces, garlic is $2 to $3 a bulb depending on size.

We have pea greens, radish, kale, cabbage, spicy salad mix and broccoli.
