Harvard Alpaca Ranch would like to offer a big congratulations to Erin Flynn for graduating UMass Amherst with a bachelor's degree in microbiology. Erin has been a critical part of staff since she was a wee volunteer as a high school freshman. She will be back with us this summer so say congrats if she happens to be your tour guide!

Pre shearing update!! Everyone has been locked up since Wednesday due to all the rain. No one is happy about that. Lulu is a nice shade of green 💚. But looks like our biggest challenge might be our sweet little comet. She is truly a mess. Pray for us that it isn't as bad as it looks. We will update with an after photo tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Please note that the Ranch will be closed on Saturday, May 16th for our annual Shearing Day. The alpacas will all be getting their annual haircuts! Come visit on Sunday the 17th to see them with their new stylish looks. The youngsters will look especially cute all shorn and ready for summer!
