For generations, our family made wine for family and friends. When we decided to share it, we wanted to keep that same authenticity. Our minimal-intervention, more natural approach makes wines that taste fresh, alive and noticeably different from much of what you’ll find on the shelf today.

As generations of home winemakers become fewer, we think there’s something worth carrying forward.

If our wine brings back an old memory, that means something to us. And if it becomes part of a new one, even better.

A special thank you to everyone who made the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Springfield Italian Feast possible, especially Springfield Italian Club , Salvatore Circosta , Riccardo Albano , Francesca Trotta , DJ MFUSCO and Christopher DiMauro and all of course all of our police, security and first responders. Your hard work and dedication created an unforgettable weekend for our community.

Joe DiMaggio, one of the most celebrated and enduring figures in baseball history, had a strong and meaningful connection to Sicily through his family origins. His parents, Giuseppe DiMaggio and Rosalia Mercurio, were both born in Isola delle Femmine, a small coastal fishing village near Palermo, Sicily. At the beginning of the 20th century, as part of the broader wave of Sicilian and Southern Italian emigration driven by economic hardship and the search for better living conditions, they left their homeland and emigrated to the United States, eventually settling in San Francisco in 1913.

Joe DiMaggio was born shortly after, in 1914, and grew up in the North Beach area of San Francisco, a neighborhood that at the time had a strong Italian-American presence. Within this environment, he was raised in a household where Sicilian traditions, customs, and values remained central to daily life. The influence of his heritage was deeply present in his upbringing, shaping his sense of identity through strong family ties, discipline, respect for hard work, and a quiet sense of pride—values commonly associated with the immigrant communities of that era.

From a young age, DiMaggio showed exceptional talent for baseball, eventually rising to become a star with the New York Yankees, where he would achieve legendary status.
