This gorgeous Tom 🦃 is going to make
some amazing Turkey & Wild Rice soup for our Bunco Night Soup Bar Grand Central Stables Polo & Country Club next week!
Slow Roasted for 18 hours of perfection. Lightly salted, seasoned with a dehydrated vegetable mix, a sprinkle of poultry seasoning, Celery Stalks and a sweet onion pieced on all sides for flavor.
Lastly, we will put up the bone broth!! My favorite part.
Our Bone Broths are Farm to Table and have so many uses and health benefits!

With snow 🌨️ in the forecast ~ time to break out the soup pot!
The easiest soup base to make is a Creamed Broccoli.
You can spin it so many ways -
It’s base can be literally be anything you have on hand …
Chicken, Turkey, Beef or Vegetable broth .
Or, like this one with an Italian spin, its base is butter, olive oil, evaporated milk and some Parmesan cheese. I added Italian seasoning, a bay leaf, riced cauliflower, sweet onion, portobello mushrooms and yellow summer squash. For thickener I stay away from flour due to allergies that I have. Dehydrated potatoes make a great substitute.

This one I put it in the crock pot for dinner. The other reason I love any creamed soup, is you can make it in no time in a sauce pan when your day has turned into a day!
