I take my son to college this weekend. I haven’t done this before. It’s kinda like the bouquet of Sunflowers, there’s beauty, but I’m a bit of a mess…if you know a mom bringing her kid to college, you should get her flowers…in my opinion at least😉 The Lord knew just what would make me smile this morning though…see the pic of the chicken in the wagon…her name is “Sweet Pea” and she put herself in there, made me chuckle☺️

The heat makes keeping this flower stand stocked hard. The flowers just don’t handle the afternoon sun very well as they sit in the stand. They perk up when they cool back down, but they don’t look very appealing to anyone stopping to get flowers. I attempted to get some on the stand this morning. We shall see how they do. If you ever want flowers but don’t see any on the stand, feel free to message me and I should be able to put something together for you and then keep them cool until you can pick them up😃

As I was arranging flowers this morning I struggled with some feverfew flowers that had been knocked down in the wind and therefore grew bent and crooked…and I got to thinkin’ as I talked with the Lord…sometimes the winds of life cause us to grow in a direction we weren’t wanting…but as long as we keep growing towards the sun/Son, the Lord can still make beautiful arrangements with our
bent/crooked/wavy/curly selves…maybe someone else needed that encouragement today as well🩷

Oh, and the stand has fresh flowers! Come and get ‘em!!
