We updated our flour blend to create muffins that are lighter in color, rise better, and have more of a bakery-style dome.

The good news? We accomplished many of those objectives.

The tradeoff? They can go from perfectly baked to slightly overbaked much faster than before.

Our best tip: If you’re unsure, pull them out a minute or two early. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs attached, not completely dry. The muffins will continue to set as they cool and stay soft, moist, and delicious.

Every oven is a little different, so start checking a few minutes before the suggested bake time.

And don’t forget, filling your muffin cups all the way to the top and adding a little sour cream can help create those beautiful bakery-style domes you see in the photos. 💛

I honestly thought there would be a clear top-seller after launch, but it’s been surprisingly split pretty evenly across all the mixes!

Pumpkin Spice is still getting so much love (even in May 😅☀️), but it does look like Sweet is quietly pulling ahead.

It makes sense though. It’s the most versatile mix and works in so many different ways depending on what your family loves.

They are starting to arrive at your homes and it’s been the sweetest thing seeing your messages come in already!

🍌 Banana lovers → let those bananas ripen (the spottier, the better and sweeter!)
🎃 Pumpkin Spice lovers → pick up a can of pumpkin purée
🍎 Apple Cinnamon lovers → grab applesauce (sweetened, cinnamon, or unsweetened all work beautifully)
✨ Sweet (our creative freedom lovers) → the possibilities are endless… chocolate chips, berries, nuts, cinnamon sugar, truly whatever you love.

You’ll also need:

🥚 2 eggs
🥛 milk of choice
🥑 oil (avocado provides the most neutral flavor, while coconut gives a subtly sweet flavor) try to avoid the seed oils, if possible.
🍦 vanilla extract (optional)
