Moved to a new home so had to take a break from making jerky. But, now that we’re getting settled in, will be ramping back up. I’ll post updates as I get back into the swing of things!

Rollin smoke today trying to keep inventory up. Got the sweet and spicy going with some Cajun. Also trying something new (not jerky) and will see how it turns out! As always, please reach out if you are wanting to grab some. Thanks!!

Hopefully will be making more jerky next week when it gets a little warmer. Right now, I'm pretty much out of jerky, but will keep you all updated on when I have more.
