Open: Mon-Sat 9am-8pm Sun.11am-6pm Spiral Deli: Mon-Sat 11am-2pm. Spiral Food Co-op has been serving the greater Hastings area since 1979. We carry a variety of natural foods including:
-fresh fruits and vegetables (organic and local)
-a wide array of bulk items (flours, nuts, spices, etc)
-gluten-free foods and other options for those with food allergies
-a large selection of supplements and vitamins
-local milk, cheese and eggs
-local meat

Currently located at 1250 S Frontage Rd in Hastings.

When we say "our deli is filling the bakery case with fresh baked goods daily" we mean it. 🥐🍪
Spinach and cheese croissants, chocolate croissants, regular croissants, chocolate chip cookies, cherry and apple turnovers, and more. Pair these with our fresh brewed coffee or hot tea for a satisfying grab n go breakfast.
We can also put together trays for your small get togethers like book clubs, meetings, birthdays, teacher appreciation, or whatever you dream up.

It has been 4 weeks since the launch of our GiveMN Fundraiser to help us catch up after a series of unlucky events last year including a power outage and long term road closures. With the generous donations on our GiveMN page and 2 large donations from anonymous donors we are just over $20,000 and 1/4 of the way to our goal of $80,000. If you would like to help Spiral Food Co-op thrive there are many ways to help:
1. Donate at GiveMN, any amount helps and you have the option to be anonymous.
2. Become a Spiral Co-op owner
3. Make Spiral a regular stop, simply shopping at the co-op.
