Nicole Frazee-Wood, an avid entrepreneur, started Nikki's Hawaiian Shave Ice at the young age of 13. Nicole comes from a long line of showmen, beginning in 1936, when her great-grandparents and her great-aunt toured fairs in Michigan with their games of skill, fresh cut french fries, and cotton candy. Nikki's Hawaiian Shaved Ice has been a crowd favorite at many fairs, festivals, and music events

in Michigan and Florida. As the effects of the coronavirus epidemic continue to unfold, we are monitoring CDC guidelines in regards to our fairs, festivals and events this coming season. Many of our spring events are postponing to a date this fall, and the rest are yet to be determined. We will keep you posted on the dates as new information comes in. We look forward to a successful season once it can get underway, and send positive vibes to everyone during this time of uncertainty. We thank each and every one of you for your continued support!

I am just bursting with excitement to share with you my new Hawaiian Shave Ice trailer! This has been a dream of mine almost 20 years in the making. She’s a classic Schantz (my dream trailer!) with nostalgic neon, and we’ve just completed Phase 1 of her renovation. I’d like to give a special thank you to all of my loyal customers who have supported me over the years, and to everyone who encouraged, supported and stood by me through thick and thin. We did it!
