Mad Madame Miller is going to be busy for a while! I love when fall makes an appearance because it's a bountiful season both in the garden and in the woods! It takes so much work to get everything processed and put away for later use, but it's completely worth it! Just today we found chicken of the woods, resinous polypore, shrimp of the woods, chestnut boletes, a few tiny pheasant backs, crown tipped corals, and pounds of honey mushrooms! The elderberry is one of many harvests from the bushes I planted and the apples were a generous gift from my Dad's lovely partner that were harvested from the yard of a neighbor (with permission, of course!). I can't wait to get started! Happy beginning of fall, everyone!

Alright y'all....I decided that vertebrae are best used as air plant holders. So, I ordered some. They arrived today.... And I'm certain they may never reach the shelves. I love every single one of these little babies!

Hi everyone! It's an exciting day! I've just opened up a nook inside of the new and improved Muse 2320 Fiber Collective. All of my balms, jewelry, art supplies, and the new Marvelous Mister Miller men's line are available and ready for you any time! I'll be helping out down at the shop today and tomorrow. Come see the awesome new space and my little section of wild foraged goodness! Thank you Muse for allowing me to be a part of your story!

Come and see some of my new inventory at Spiral Brewery tomorrow (Dec. 1st) from 4pm-8pm. I've been working on some interesting things that would make great gifts for the holidays! Just starting a new line of jewelry and home decor made out of real bone! Three years of collecting bones from the forest floor with the family is going to bring on some gloriously odd items! Keep an eye out for the new collection in this most spooky of seasons!

I'm trying something new today with a gift from a friend! Rendering beef fat into tallow to make soap with! Learning new skills every day! Be on the look out for soaps in my catalog in a couple of months!
