Wow! We’re incredibly honored to receive the Bert Grover Child Advocacy Award—thank you to WASDA and the Prescott School District for this recognition! And what an amazing video!

Farming has taught us that growth starts long before harvest. An orchard succeeds because of years of care—soil, water, and attention through the needs of each season. It also reminds us that no two trees are exactly alike—each one needs something a little different to truly thrive. The same is true for kids. They grow best when families, teachers, and communities support and believe in them from the start. With a strong foundation, they gain the confidence to be brave, independent, and become who they’re meant to be. That’s why nurturing the next generation matters—growth truly starts at the core.

It means so much to our small family farm to support our local schools and be involved in our community. 🍎🌱

Afton Apple has been named the recipient of the WASDA Bert Grover Child Advocacy Award for their outstanding commitment to supporting students and families in the Prescott School District!

From providing fresh apples at lunch to funding equipment, technology, and more, their generosity has made a lasting impact on our schools.

With over $92,000 donated in the past nine years, Afton Apple continues to show what true community support looks like.

Afton Apple Orchard continues to champion Prescott Schools! 👏

At last night’s school board meeting, Sarah and Cindy from Afton Apple presented a check for $15,000 to Prescott School District to help fund numerous important initiatives including Building Thinking Classrooms, technology, One School, One Book program, a speaker for the elementary school to talk to our children about being BRAVE and a contribution to our Angel Fund that helps assist students in need with financial costs such as glasses, driver's ed, etc.

They were also recognized by our school board and Superintendant Reif as our Cardinal Champions for their ongoing support of our schools. This $15,000 donation brings the contributions that we've received from Afton Apple Orchard over the past nine years to over $92,000! 🤩

We are incredibly grateful for their generosity and unwavering commitment to our students, staff, and community! Thank you, Afton Apple Orchard! 🍎❤️

🍎 We're nearing the end of the fall season! Our store is open every day 10am-4pm through Wednesday, November 26th! Come on out for fresh apples, apple cider, take-n-bake pies and crisps, squash, décor and more for the holidays! (Only our retail store is open as the orchard and play areas are closed for the season!)

*Last call for apple donuts and apple fritters this weekend! Stop out early as they can sell out quickly!
