Bottle release this Saturday!!

During our anniversary party this Saturday, we will be holding our first bottle release.

Meet Sunshine Daydream. We take our afternoon tea, age it in white w**e barrels with a mixed culture, and then dose it with a ton of apricots.

This b**r is one of my favorite things we've done so far. A bit tart. Not too sour. Not too sweet. Huge apricot character. Just an amazing b**r.

This bottle will be $22 each, but during our anniversary on the 10th, we'll be selling it for $20 as a thank you to everyone who has supported us in the last year.

So stop by from noon till close on Saturday and grab yourself a few bottles.

We are so excited and proud to invite all of you to our 1 year Anniversary Party!

Come join us for our first bottle release, a special German themed menu, and a lot of fun. Entrance is free, no reservations required. We just want everyone to stop by and celebrate with us!

Our first bottle release is one that I'm extremely excited about. We took our Afternoon Tea Farmhouse Ale, we added a mixed culture, aged it in white w**e barrels, and added a ton of apricots. Its such an extraordinary b**r and I've been loving every minute of the quality control process. Each 750ml bottle will be $22 but on the day of our anniversary, we're selling them for $20 as a thank you to all our friends.

Thank you all so much for being a part of our first year. There have been many highs and lows, but if you're reading this and you stopped by and had a good time, please know that that moment was one of the highs for us.

A few new menu items!

First we are so excited to welcome back an old favorite. Our roasted corn soup is back on. Roasted corn, poblano peppers, black garlic and truffle butter.

We also now have a new b**r mussels dish. Made with confit fingerling potatoes, bacon lardons, lemon, butter, and our afternoon tea farmhouse ale. Served with a hearty slice of sourdough.

Both are extraordinary additions to our menu. But don't trust me. I'm biased. Come in and try for yourself!

This past week we had the opportunity to attend one of the most fun events around Philly: "The Best of Philly Party" that took place at the National Constitution Center. We did not attend not only as guests, but also as one of the Winners! Seeing our name on the banner near the entrance was kinda surreal.

It was so fun to get to meet so many great people and hang out with the attendees, try excellent food and drinks, and experience great music.

This was an amazing way to celebrate our win and celebrate the city that has given us so much!

We are now pouring Amaro Brendle by the amazingly talented folks over at .2.earth! All proceeds to be donated to .

This is the first release of a new annual amaro that is devoted to the Brendle family, 12th generation farmers in Lancaster, and proprietors of . This blend is inspired by absinthe and various herbal liqueurs from the French Alps. Very low prodution, so get it while you can. Next years blend will be entirely different.
