Happy International Tequila Day 🌶️🥂 — we made it better.

Hatch Green Chile Margarita:

2 oz tequila blanco
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz Hatch Green Chile syrup*

*Make the syrup: mix equal parts chopped roasted Hatch green chile + sugar, let it sit overnight, then strain. That's it.

Salt the rim, shake until the shaker frosts over, pour over ice, garnish with lime and jalapeño slices.
