There’s something pretty special about a beautiful wahoo coming across the fillet table—and the guys in the back at Jeffrey’s Seafood Wholesale know exactly how to handle it.

Wahoo is one of those fish that doesn’t need much to make a great meal. **Firm, lean, and mildly sweet with a clean, delicate flavor**, it has a meaty texture that holds up beautifully on the grill, under the broiler, or in a hot pan.

Grilled with a little olive oil and seasoning, seared until golden, or simply topped with lemon and our spiced seafood butter. Keep it simple and let the fish do the work!
