these gherkin bites are the kind of snack you make once and then crave forever 🥒✨
 
Here’s how we make them at home:
 
Quick Gherkin Bites Recipe👇
• Mini gherkins (pat dry)
• Flour
• Eggs (whisked)
• Breadcrumbs (add garlic powder, paprika, dried herbs)
• Salt + pepper
 
Steps:
1. Coat gherkins in flour
2. Dip in egg
3. Roll in seasoned breadcrumbs
4. Air fry / bake at 400°F until golden & crisp

Serve with a creamy herb dip and try not to eat them all at once 😉

It was the early mornings. The smell of olives and coffee. The stories shared over “you have to try this.” That feeling of walking in and instantly being known.

Our story began in 1980 with a small shop in Queens called Sunflower🌻 What started as a store became something more. It became home.

Today, Our Basket carries that same spirit forward.
