Well… apparently this is what Keegen Delivers is becoming. 😂

I’m filming something for the new YouTube channel tomorrow and I have a very specific request.

Does anyone have a German Shepherd or another big dog that LOOKS like it could absolutely destroy me… but preferably has no actual interest in doing so?

I need the golden retriever personality in the “this man has 3 seconds left to live” body. 😂

Basically, once I start running, I need the dog to naturally take off chasing after me while the owner is there and everything is controlled.

To be extremely clear: I do NOT need an actual attack dog. I’m quite attached to all of my limbs.

If your dog looks absolutely terrifying but is secretly a giant baby, send me a picture.

And no, I’m not explaining why yet. 😂🐕

One of the underrated joys of owning a delivery business is developing the ability to smell a problem through a text message. 😂

Customer hits me up today looking for a New Hampshire run.

No problem. $10 delivery fee. Normal day at the office.

We start going back and forth about the item they need. And I mean BACK AND FORTH. Twenty minutes of questions, specifics, clarifications, specifications, measurements, probably could've gotten the item's blood type if we kept going.

Then something starts feeling… familiar.
I'm staring at my phone like 🤨
So I do a little digging.
OH.
IT'S YOU. 😂😂😂

Turns out this is someone who STILL owes me money from about a YEAR AGO.

And not even because I charged them for some ridiculous favor.

I literally bought something FOR THEM with MY OWN MONEY and never got paid back. 😂

So suddenly today's delivery policy became extremely simple:

“Absolutely! I'll head to New Hampshire as soon as the order is paid.”

And wouldn't you know it…

After 20 minutes of their card apparently working perfectly well enough to exist…

The SECOND I require payment BEFORE I drive to another state:

“My bank card isn't working.”
😂😂😂😂
WHAT AN INCREDIBLE COINCIDENCE.

That card saw a payment link from Keegen Delivers and immediately threw itself down a flight of stairs.

This is one of those beautiful moments in business where experience saves you.

A year ago Keegen would've been halfway to New Hampshire thinking, I'm sure they'll pay me.

I've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes “my card isn't working” actually means “I was hoping you'd already be on the highway before we discussed this part.” 😂

The joys of owning a business.

Sometimes you're a delivery driver.
Sometimes you're customer service.
Sometimes you're an accountant.

And occasionally you're a detective investigating a financial crime worth approximately $17. 😂

For legal and emotional reasons, this is a joke. 😂 But I think most people can understand the policy: whether you're running a business, freelancing, or simply trying to protect your time and money, it's reasonable to expect payment for money you've already spent and work you're about to do. I’m not driving out of state or spending my own money upfront for someone who still has an unpaid balance and, unfortunately, didn't even plan to pay for what they were requesting today. Today, Keegen gets to keep his time, gas, and money.

And that, my friends, is the story of how a $17 unpaid balance turned into a full episode of Keegen’s version of Judge Judy. 😂

The Keegen Delivers YouTube channel is getting a complete remodel.

No more Store To Your Door update/vlog-style videos. We’re taking the channel in a completely different direction.

Think real deliveries, crazy challenges, ridiculous requests, unexpected situations, and ideas that take a normal day of delivering and turn it into something completely unpredictable. 😂

This isn’t going to be a channel about running a delivery business. The delivery business is basically becoming the playground for the content.

The history of Store To Your Door for anyone who hasn't been following this absolute circus. 😂

A few years ago, I started Keegen Delivers.

The concept was pretty simple:

You need something.

You message me.

I go get it.

You pay me.

Beautiful.

Then apparently I looked at this perfectly functional way of making a living and thought:

“You know what this needs? An app, multiple drivers, thousands of dollars in expenses and an unbelievable amount of stress.”

And thus, Store To Your Door was born. 😂

The idea actually made sense.

I can personally do 50+ deliveries in a busy day, but after doing this for years, basically the entire operation lives inside my head.

Routing.

Shopping.

Payments.

Substitutions.

Customers.

Reimbursements.

Multiple orders at once.

And the occasional customer who gives you directions like:

“It's the house after the tree.”

Thank you, Christopher Columbus.

Eventually I realized that if I ever wanted this thing to grow beyond me driving around Haverhill like an Amazon driver who owns the company, works customer service, dispatches himself AND forgot to hire accounting...

I'd have to build a system.

So I did.

Store To Your Door: Version 1.

We don't talk about Version 1.

Version 1 was less of a “technology company” and more of a live demonstration of everything that can possibly go wrong at the same time.

Drivers.

Notifications.

Payments.

Communication.

Tracking.

Me staring at my phone at 1:00 in the morning wondering why something that worked perfectly 45 minutes ago had suddenly decided it no longer believed in electricity.

It was fantastic.

So eventually I did the responsible thing.

I basically ripped the whole operation apart and started rebuilding it.

That was roughly six months ago.

Since then, my development process has been extremely sophisticated:

Step 1: Build feature.

Step 2: Holy s**t, it works.

Step 3: Touch absolutely nothing.

Step 4: Touch one tiny thing.

Step 5: Everything is broken.

Step 6: Spend money.

Step 7: Fix it.

Step 8: Discover completely unrelated problem.

Step 9: Spend more money.

Step 10: Tell myself we're “almost there.”

Repeat for six months. 😂

At this point I've put enough money into Store To Your Door that I refuse to actually calculate the total because I enjoy sleeping at night. "$??,???"

And the funniest part?

I'm funding the company that's supposed to eventually stop me from having to personally do every delivery...

by personally doing every delivery.

It's basically a financial perpetual-motion machine except the machine is a 2013 Toyota Corolla and I'm fu***ng exhausted.

But somehow...

the thing actually works now.

Which has introduced an entirely NEW problem.

I need more customers.

But before I bring in more customers, I need more drivers.

Drivers understandably want deliveries.

But to create more deliveries, I need more customers.

And before I bring in more customers...

I need more drivers.

So we've officially reached the business stage known as:

“Well, f**k.”

😂

That's basically where Store To Your Door is today.

The technology is built.

Orders are happening.

Drivers can accept them.

Customers can track them.

The system handles the process.

And I'm sitting in the middle trying to carefully grow both sides without advertising 100 deliveries and then realizing the entire driver fleet consists of me and somebody who hasn't logged in since Tuesday.

So right now, I'm building the driver network.

Then I can bring in more orders.

Then drivers have more deliveries.

Then I bring in more customers.

Then I need more drivers.

And theoretically, somewhere during this process...

I become a successful businessman.

Still waiting on that part.

But underneath all the jokes, there actually is something pretty cool happening.

Keegen Delivers started with one person, one car and people around Haverhill trusting me to get their stuff.

Store To Your Door is me trying to figure out whether I can take everything I've learned doing thousands of those deliveries and turn it into something that can operate without me physically doing every single one.

Maybe someday it's 100 deliveries a day.

Maybe it's 500.

Maybe it expands all over the place.

Or maybe in five years somebody asks me what Store To Your Door was and I just stare silently into the distance.

We don't know yet. 😂

But I'm not quitting.

I've come way too far, learned way too much and spent WAY too much fu***ng money to stop before I find out what this thing can actually become.

So if you've been watching this adventure from the beginning...

Thank you.

If you're just getting here...

Welcome.

You have missed an unbelievable amount of bulls**t.

And somehow...

I think we're just getting started. 😂

🚗 I need a few more local drivers for Store To Your Door.

I'm looking for people around Haverhill and the surrounding area who have some flexibility during the day and wouldn't mind picking up deliveries when they're available.

This is not a scheduled shift or guaranteed-hours position. Deliveries come through the system as they're placed, you get notified when one is available, and you decide whether you want to take it.

No penalty for saying no. No sitting in a parking lot waiting for orders. No requirement to stay logged in for a certain number of hours.

I also want to be upfront about something:

I'm still building the driver side of Store To Your Door, so I'm not promising anyone a certain number of deliveries or a certain amount of money right now.

The reason I'm adding drivers is simple — I can't responsibly push more customers toward the app until I know there are enough people available to actually cover the orders.

So I'm looking for a handful of people who like the idea of having another way to make some extra money when they're already out and available, without having to commit to a schedule.

Drivers receive the delivery payout + 100% of the customer tip, and any money spent purchasing a customer's order is reimbursed. Electronic payouts are sent daily.

You need:

• A reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• A smartphone
• To be dependable when you do accept a delivery
• To be comfortable shopping/picking up orders and communicating with customers when necessary

You don't need to quit your job.
You don't need to promise me 40 hours a week.
And I'm not going to promise you 40 hours of deliveries.

I just need more good, reliable people in the network so I can start putting more volume through it.

If that sounds like something you'd be interested in, message me “DRIVER” to 978-241-2003 I'll explain exactly how it works before you decide whether you want to sign up.

Store To Your Door by Keegen Delivers

I don't think I realized what I was taking pictures of at the time.

Most of these were just quick pictures during deliveries. Another order, another person, another day of running around Haverhill trying to keep up with my phone.

Then I put them all together.

And holy s**t.

That's years of my life right there.

Some of you have been ordering from me since this was literally just me, my phone, and whatever ridiculous way I could find to get around town. 😂 Some of you watched Keegen Delivers grow from an idea I was figuring out as I went into something that became a real part of my life.

And somewhere along the way, a lot of you stopped feeling like "customers."

I know your usual orders. I know your dogs. I've watched kids get older. I've delivered to new apartments, new houses, workplaces, birthdays, s**tty days, good days, and probably a few situations where neither of us needs to explain why you needed something delivered at 10:45 at night. 😂

That's the part of this business nobody really sees when they look at a delivery fee or an app.

These pictures do.

Every face in this video represents somebody who trusted me enough to call again. Then again. Then tell somebody else about me.

You guys gave me the opportunity to build a life around something that started unbelievably small.

And now, with Store To Your Door working on having other drivers start taking deliveries under something that once consisted of just me running around town... it's wild.

I just wanted you guys to see what I saw when I put all these pictures together.

I built the thing. I fixed the thing. Now somebody please order something through the thing. 😂

I need you guys to put Store To Your Door through its paces between now and September 1st.

I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time working on this app, but there’s only so much I can test myself. I need actual people placing actual orders and using it the way they normally would.

So from now through September 1st, every order placed through the app gets you entered to win $50.

Order twice = 2 entries.
Order five times = 5 entries.
The more you use it, the more entries you get.

That’s it. Somebody’s getting $50.

Use the app like you normally would. If you run into something that doesn’t work right, something doesn’t make sense, or you just think something could be easier, shoot me a message. That’s exactly the stuff I need to know.

I’ve tested this thing every way I can think of. Now I need people who didn’t build it to use it.

Winner gets $50 on September 1st.

At this point I need to stop messing with it myself and let you guys try to break it. 😂

To order, open Chrome, Safari, or your regular internet browser and type:

storetoyourdoor.us or: storetoyourdoor.net

Facebook’s built-in browser has been inconsistent for some people, so typing the address directly into your normal browser is the best way to get in.

You do not have to install anything. Store To Your Door works directly from your browser, and you can add it to your home screen afterward if you want it to open like a regular app.

Now go break my app. 😂

So I'm doing a four-stop delivery today and I'm in Market Basket trying to keep track of multiple orders, substitutions, my phone, the carriage, everything at once.

One of the things I'm looking for is Friday's hash brown patties. They don't have them, so I'm looking down at my phone trying to figure out the substitution. I end up grabbing two red potatoes, throw them in the carriage and keep moving.

I make it ALL THE WAY to the other side of Market Basket before I finally look down at the carriage.

Wait a minute... I didn't pick any of this s**t. 😂

I have no idea when I grabbed it. I have no idea where I grabbed it. But apparently at some point while staring at my phone I just took possession of somebody else's half-full carriage and casually walked away with it like everything was completely normal.

Now I'm trying to retrace my steps while pushing around a bunch of groceries that don't belong to me, trying to remember where the hell I stole them from. 😂

And the entire time I'm just imagining the other person on the opposite side of the store.

"I swear I had a carriage."

Looks around.

"No seriously... I JUST had a carriage."

Checks the next aisle.

"I turned around for TWO SECONDS. Did my groceries just up & fu***ng leave?" 😂

Meanwhile their groceries are halfway across Market Basket with me looking for hash browns.

I finally get back to around where I THINK I took it from. At this point I'm trying to put the carriage back before somebody catches me returning their stolen groceries and I have to explain what the hell I'm doing.

I grab my produce bag containing the potatoes out of the carriage and start walking away.

Look down.

One potato.

I left the other one buried somewhere in this person's groceries.

At that point I'm not going back and digging through somebody else's carriage AGAIN. I've already caused enough confusion for one afternoon. 😂

So now I'm imagining this poor person finally finding their carriage.

"Oh thank God."

Everything seems to be there.

They continue shopping.

Then at some point they move something around and find one random red potato they KNOW they didn't put there.

"Why the f is there a potato in here?" 🥔😂

So if you were at Market Basket today and your carriage randomly disappeared, traveled across the store and came back with a red potato...

My bad. 😂

Just another day at Keegen Delivers.

Four stops, multiple orders, two substitutions, one stolen carriage and apparently one complimentary potato.

When I first launched Store To Your Door with multiple drivers, I learned a few things the hard way.

One of the biggest was how important it is to protect certain parts of your business as you grow. A lot of people saw what happened the first time around, and since then I've spent a lot of time rebuilding the system so we can scale without running into the same problems again.

Now we're finally at the point where I'm looking for a couple of drivers with open availability throughout the day who can accept orders as they come through the app.

We also just cleared one of the biggest hurdles I've been working on behind the scenes: our U.S. messaging system is officially approved. That means communication between customers and drivers can now run through the system without either side needing access to the other's personal phone number.

If you've reached out to me about driving in the past, reach out again. A LOT has changed with the app and how everything operates since we last talked.
