Celebrating The best Dishes from the countries in the World Cup - Choripan from Uruguay 🇺🇾 new.

Choripan is the easy and probably my favorite tailgate / bbq appetizer. This will get the party popping. Grilled chorizo that is smoky from the paprika and grill yet and fatty and plump. So good, topped it with one of Global Bbq mother sauce: Chimichurri
Serve it on a small French bread or crusty rolls .
