MONDAY, AUGUST 31st

Happy first day back to school to a lot of you folks! While the inside is not open, we have corn, pumpkins and some veggies out front for self serve. I’ll be stopping in periodically to resupply bags. Prices are posted on the chalk board. We won’t be doing CCs today so if you don’t have cash come back in later and the week and square up! Hopefully some warm weather will get the last few patches of things rolling here soon!

SUNDAY, AUGUST 30th

We are out of corn and shutting down for the day! We will be closed tomorrow, Monday the 31st but will have some produce out front for folks to grab! See you all Tuesday!

POPCORN!

While it’s not ready yet, we are pretty fired up about this crop. First time ever growing it, in a month or so we should start seeing (and eating) the finished product.

Friday, August 28th

Well folks we are starting to lose the battle against the corn earworms, so our way of apologizing is by lowering the price of corn to $6/dozen and $4/half dozen. We do apologize about that. It is still delicious corn, we just recommend cutting off the top 1/2inch of the ear and eat like normal! Hope to see you soon

Watermelons are thick today. Only AI in the photo is the song. We don’t care what you do with the melons, but we don’t recommend playing basketball with them.

FRIYAY, AUGUST 21st

Watermelons and corn are great right now, along with all of our other veggies. Cantaloupes and tomatoes are pretty light right now, but once things start drying out they should start coming in well again.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 18th

Well folks we want summer to last forever but that’s not the way it goes. We are starting to harvest some of our pumpkins. Turn some heads in the neighborhood and pick up a couple and some bales of straw.

We still have plenty of corn, veggies, melons and more. Come get ya some.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16th

Open today with plenty of corn! We also have a few cantaloupes, and plenty of red seedless, seeded and yellow watermelons. Tomatoes are in but not as pretty, as well as flowers, honey and small veggies.

It’s looking like we will be closing up a little early today (3pm) as some bigger storms will be hitting the area
