Its that time of year again! Bring on the BBQ. Just wanted to let everyone know about this years Cook-off. It will take place Saturday the 21st of sept. Cooks start on Friday the 20th with meat inspection starting at 3pm until 7pm and all cooking must take place at the competition. We are opening it up to all those willing to bring up there cookers including propane. This years cooks will be competing to win some money. We have paired up with the Boys and Girls Club of the hi-line. So if you are not a cook and just like to eat it come up to the Mall Parking lot and start tasting at 2pm. Free to the public. We just ask you make a donation and vote for your favorite Team. So come up and make this years BBQ even better than ever! Please contact me for more info.

For those of you that do not care for slaving over the BBQ come up to the Mall Parking lot next Saturday at 2pm and taste all the great BBQ that the cooks have Smoked up. It will be Great!
