Regel Boer Goats Welcome to the Regel Boer Goats page. Regel Boer Goats is a family owned boer goat operation located in Hawkeye, Iowa.

Welcome to the Regel Boer Goats website. Regel Boer Goats is owned by Joel, Amy and Austin Pagel and focuses on breeding and marketing outstanding show goats. The Pagel family has a long history in the dairy business. Joel took over Regel Dairy (named after his father, Russel Pagel) after his dad passed away. Regel Dairy was a very successful operation with a focus on genetics. In 2012, Joel sold the cows to spend more time with his family and to pursue other ventures. The focus of the Pagel family is now 100% on the goat herd. Regel Boer Goats strives to improve the genetics of their herd with every breeding and to make these animals available for purchase. The Pagel family consists of Joel & Amy and their 4 children: Carly, Austin, Jenna and Cassidy. Carly is a graduate of Upper Iowa University with a master’s degree in business administration and is employed by US Bank as a wealth management portfolio manager. Carly is married to Lee Parker and they have a son, Oliver. Austin graduated from Iowa State University with a major in ag business and is employed at Kerry Foods as a dependent demand planner. Austin is co-owner and manager of Regel Boer Goats. Jenna is a student at Iowa State University majoring in animal science. Cassidy is a student at Upper Iowa University where she plays women's basketball. The entire family has been involved with 4-H at the county and state levels and enjoy showing their goats all over the Midwest.

Fullblood Buck
Birthdate: 03/15/2026
Sire: REGEL DO NOT DISTURB *ENN (10965725)

If you liked the YELLOW STONE yearling bucks we sold this summer - here is a maternal brother! Dam, STAND ON BUSINESS, has been a great donor for us after her run in the show ring! We have a lot of belief this buck will mature into being a big time stud! Another that we should be feeding out this winter - our loss is your gain! Sired by the Legendary DO NOT DISTURB *ENN who sired the '25 NGC Buck.

Lot 3: REGEL LFF6 SHAKIN BACK (pending)
Fullblood Buck
Birthdate: 03/15/2026
Sire: REGEL DO NOT DISTURB *ENN (10965725)
Dam: ROR1 PENELOPE (10971001)

PENELOPE was our pick from the Labor Day Sale a couple years ago! We have had great luck with ROR1 does in our herd. She laid down and had a set of NICE twin bucks out the gate! SHAKIN BACK is super complete - balanced, masculine, square, smooth are all great adjectives to describe him! I really like this one - I think he will be a great herdsire and show buck! Sired by the Legendary DO NOT DISTURB *ENN who sired the '25 NGC Buck. Great opportunity here!

🌽 THE HERDSIRE HARVEST SALE 🌽
Friday, October 16th | Herd Builder Pro

Lot 2: REGEL KILLSHOT (11017698)
Fullblood Buck
Birthdate: 03/15/2026
Sire: REGEL DO NOT DISTURB *ENN (10965725)
Dam: REGEL FROM THE LOGO (10940076)

One of my favorite bucks born this spring! Dam is a full sister to our famous CAITLIN CLARK. Big, stout featured, great hair & masculine! We think KILLSHOT will be a big buck at maturation! One we wanted to grow out over the winter - unfortunately for us, the realization that barn space is limited heading into winter lead us to offer him this fall! Sired by the Legendary DO NOT DISTURB *ENN who sired the '25 NGC Buck. KILLSHOT will elevate many programs - we can't wait to see what he does for his new owners!
