45th Parallel Hops grows top quality hops on a hop farm located in Northeast Michigan. This location is absolutely the best place to grow hops in North America, having ideal soil conditions and situated just north of the 45th Parallel, which is critically important to get just the right amount of sunlight during the growing season. Also, we're not a factory-type hop growing production operation. W

e tend to our hop plants individually and by hand, producing the most robust, flavor-filled hops available. We offer various aromatic and bittering varieties of quality hops: Hallertau, Willamette, Fuggle, Northern Brewer, Magnum, and Cascade.
