OUR NEW EQUINE RIDING EXPERIENCE:

This 75-minute private lesson centered experience is designed for small groups or couples. It includes grooming, tacking, and riding. Your personal trainer will provide a well-balanced understanding of horses for you and your guests.

Grooming – Learn how to prepare your horse for tack.

Tacking – Learn how to properly saddle and bridle your horse.

Riding – Learn how to lead, mount, dismount, hold the reins and steer through our obstacle course.

This is a walk, trot activity.

All instruction and guidance are provided in a Family-Friendly Style understanding this is a casual fun activity for you, your family, and friends.

-This activity is perfect for beginners, children, and anyone who wants to learn about horsemanship.

-There are a maximum of six riders in each group, though non-riding friends and/or family members are welcome to watch.

-All attendees are required to fill out our Waiver.

There is a pass-through door from the living area to the rear of trailer.

Vanderbeek Farm and Equestrian Center is in search of qualified English PT weekend Riding Instructor for our growing lesson program. Duties include instruction, lesson horse prep, arena prep and muck out, general horse care and light facility maintenance. Must be personable, self-motivated, able to work independently, enthusiastic with children and have at least 5 years of experience. Fully appointed indoor and large outdoor arena to accommodate year round instruction. Great opportunity for the right person, room for growth. We hope everyone enjoyed our Summer Pony Rides. We certainly did. That’s a wrap for 2021. Stay tuned for when they start up again in 2022.

We had a wonderful Summer with all of our little Cowboys 🤠 and Cowgirls and hope to see you all next Spring.

Our Story

Come visit our incredible private modern boarding facility. We have a boarding option for everyone. Back Pasture Board is available at $300 per month. This option includes a full grass filled 12 acre pasture that is mowed 3 times a season to encourage healthy growth and a communal run-in shed. Paddock Board is available at $350 per month. This is a fenced area with a maximum of 4 horses per paddock with run-in shed. These options include all day hay and fresh water (of course). Water troughs are cleaned once a month or as needed. Stall Board starts at $575 with daily turn out. Morning and Evening feeding is available for all options.

Every Boarding option includes full use of our facility and trails. We have a beautiful, perfectly footed 80' x 220' year round indoor and 100' x 200' outdoor. These riding areas are groomed weekly. Heated Tack Room, Break Room and Wash/Groom Stall. Vanderbeek Farm & Equestrian Center is a full service Equestrian Facility.
