From coordinating schedules and helping run unforgettable events, to leading the tasting room experience and even assisting with the wine creation process, Adam wears many hats — and wears them all exceptionally well.

The Science of Sip: Defining the Next Vintage.

We are currently performing blending trials for our next vintage of Cuvée. Using five Bordeaux varietals from our barrel program, we are fine-tuning this unique, one-of-a-kind blend. Taking copious notes, our goal is a perfectly balanced wine that requires 'micro-tuning' the percentages of each varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.

Rob says: "As the proprietor and steward of the winemaking process, I feel a deep responsibility to create wines for our club members and guests to enjoy—both in everyday life and for those milestone celebrations. I hope our attention to detail—from barrel aging and fruit terroir research to multiple sensory trials—results in a product you’re proud to share at your table. Christine and I are honored and humbled to be a part of your lives through our brand. Thank you."

Tomorrow, we will be closed as we gather to honor and celebrate the life of the Czeslaw (Chester) Kobrzynski — a man whose hard work, vision, and dedication helped build this winery from the ground up.

This past weekend was a powerful reminder that this winery has always been about more than wine — it’s about family, hard work, and the people who believed in this dream from the very beginning. ❤️

Over the weekend, Rob said goodbye to his father, who many of you may remember from the early days of building the winery back in 2017. Long before the doors opened, he was there helping bring the vision to life — working side by side with the team, offering support wherever it was needed, and earning the unforgettable nickname, “The Bull,” for his strength, determination, and larger-than-life presence. To this day, Rob can still hear his dad reminding him to 'measure twice, cut once' during the construction and finishing stages of the winery. What fun they had.

This winery would not be what it is today without the love, encouragement, and hard work he poured into it from day one. Every detail you see—from the interior and exterior finishing work to the tasting counter build-out and custom woodwork—was personally designed and built by Dad, Rob, and Dave. It remains a true labor of love and a testament to the craftsmanship that defines our home and business.

We are also deeply grateful for all the kind messages, prayers, and support shared with Rob, Christine and their family during this difficult time. Thank you all for being part of our story. 🍷
