TASTING NOTE:
The nose here is very grassy, with wet earth, mushroom, and grilled pineapple. The palate has dusty earth with a silky mouthfeel, a hint of lime leaf, overripe melon, and dried orange peel. This is a complex spirit that is a unique ingredient for cocktails.
