General information

The house is located adjacent to the family farm in Florida. The land is part of the 1827 purchase from Ferdinand VII of Spain by Gabriel Priest. It as given to my great-great grandfather Benjamin F. Perry in 1860 after he married Gabriel's granddaughter Kalisadra. The land has passed in the family to me from my father. Many of the farms in this area are still in the hands of decendents of BF and Kalisadra Perry. The two crane logo is for the Sand Hill Whooping Cranes that frequent the farm to raise their families. This has been happening for many generations. The bluebird house and black-eyed susies are from the orange grove. These flowers bloom and cover the fields around Mother's Day each year.
