Here at ILC, we provide Local Beef to our community. We don't just breed to put some beef on your table. We breed to put the best on your table. From selecting genetics for amazing quality of beef to calving out, raising and selective on who continues to breed and add genetics to herds as well as which will go to freezer camp for prime consumption to our consumer. Beef Cattle, is our legacy to our local community.

♨️For those of you I told I was out of steaks until late, I forgot I had some cut from these last 2 head. Just in time for Father's Day and 4th July!! 🥩🔥

💥We will be back this Saturday, June 13th 2026 for the Kootenai County Farmers’ Market at the Hwy 95 and Prairie location from 9am to 130pm

✨We will have lots of ground beef, roasts, stew, organs, bones, suet, osso bucco, bones, soup bones, back ribs
♨️ All Beef Brats, German Sausage, Kielbasa and Andouille.
🥩 As for steaks, I only have a handful left until the next harvest of beef.

We will not be at the Kootenai County Farmers’ Market this Saturday the 6th.

I am helping host with the Spokane Mounted Patrol our Annual Path to Partnership Fundraiser Event at the Riverside Equestrian Park.

If any of you ride horses and would like to come to an event like this, there is still time to sign up. 90 min sessions at 8, 930, 11 and 1230. This flier has contact information to sign up or even just show up time of 🤠
