To the customers of Witt Farms,
Many of you have reached out to us regarding this 2021 season. We are so thankful for your continuing loyalty. However, it’s with heavy hearts that we share that Jimmy Witt, who was the sole proprietor of our family’s operation, passed away in January of this year due to complications from COVID. The last few months have been a whirlwind, but we are doing our best to carry on with our own farming operation, albeit under a new name. We strive to provide the same quality produce and service as we have in the past.
You can find our great-tasting fruits and vegetables Gina’s Market located at 2531 Snow Rogers Road in Gardendale. My brother, Aaron, will also have farm-fresh fruits and vegetables for sale at his stand, Witt’s Produce, on Highway 160 in Hayden. Additionally, we will be attending local farmers’ markets, so please take the time to check out our new page, Abney Farms, and follow us for more updates as we enter this Spring 2021 season!
