Farm Market & Beef Sales Coordinator
Laz E Hill Farm is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our growing farm-to-table beef business.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with customers, is organized, has some social media experience, and wants to play an important role in growing our retail and wholesale beef sales.
Responsibilities
Operate our Beef Bin farm store and provide excellent customer service
Sell and promote our locally raised beef and other farm products
Maintain accurate freezer and product inventory
Restock, organize, and keep the Beef Bin clean and customer-ready
Create and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media
Take photos and videos of products, farm activities, specials, and new inventory
Help develop and promote weekly specials, beef packages, seasonal products, and events
Prepare, organize, and fulfill wholesale beef orders
Make deliveries to restaurants, stores, and other wholesale customers
Build relationships with existing customers and help develop new retail and wholesale business
Assist with other day-to-day needs of our beef business
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with customers
Dependable and able to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Experienced with or comfortable using social media
Comfortable handling sales, payments, and basic inventory
Able to safely lift and move boxes of frozen beef
Comfortable driving and making customer deliveries
Interested in agriculture, local food, beef, marketing, or small business
Someone who takes initiative and sees what needs to be done
Previous farm or cattle experience is helpful but not required.
