This connection is the goal. I love holding his hand. The truth is I don’t ever want it to stop and I am terrified of when it does. Holding hands secures the idea in my mind, that I am headed in the right direction. One where I work on myself in hopes he sees the value of it and does something positive for himself. Moving together, in the same direction. Trying to be the best “me” we can be.
