Thankful Dillon has an eye for detail. Was delivering fuel to him and when he walked around the truck he noticed the tire was sunken in on one side and had a total of 3 knots. A quick tire change, fueled up the spreader, and made it home safely. 😊

For many years Va Beef Corp hosted a farmers picnic at our Marshall pond. We stayed up until midnight burning wood the night before in a deep pit to make enough coals to slow cook roast beef to feed 200 people. Mom spent a few days baking goodies, shopping, and making pioneer beans. Dad stood at the head of the table slicing meat until everyone had their fill. Everyone brought a dessert or dish to share. These certainly were the good ole days. ❤️. Late 70’s to early 80’s.
