At the end of the day, The Farm is so much more than great beer, live music, and beautiful views—it’s the incredible people who make it all happen.

We are beyond grateful for our amazing staff and their families. Their hard work, dedication, passion, and countless hours behind the scenes are what make this place special. Every smile, every event, every memorable experience our guests have is because of the people who show up each day and give their all.

Hosting our staff and their families is one of our favorite traditions because it’s our chance to celebrate the people who truly make The Farm what it is. We are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team, and we want them to know just how much they are appreciated.
