Check out this cool birth mark we got on one of our heifer calves 2 days after Valentine’s Day this year. Definitely will be staying in the herd. We purchased her mom on the Koupal Influence sale this fall. Really happy with the group of heifers we purchased.

We were at a sale yesterday for Solsaa Angus and Thyen Simmentals and we got to watch the products of a past bull purchase come through the ring, Eric Solsaa sorted off a group of top end commercial baldy females out of a JDH AH Lincoln 106H son he purchased from us, and when the hammer dropped for the final time they averaged $4128 on the group. With the top picks bringing $5300!!

We have one bull left here, and he is no slouch, when we say we only keep the best to sell around here, we mean it!

Congratulations Eric and Mike on a great sale!

We would like to thank everyone who came out to the 5th annual Thyen Simmentals and Solsaa Angus Production sale. It was great to see all the familiar faces.

Also a thank you to those who joined us online. You were a big part of the day. We appreciate your continued support and will do our best to bring you quality cattle again next year.

A special thanks to the helpers, you’re irreplaceable. Always greatful forr your help!

As always we want to thank Thyen Simmentals for inviting us to join them. We value their partnership. We know February has been a difficult month for the Thyen family. They have been life long friends and we too will miss RT, the farm won’t be the same without him. We hope to see everyone back again next year. We couldn’t do this without our loyal customers.

Stay warm!
