This is the story and behind the scenes of the baskets of apples csa members end up receiving in their weekly csa produce and flower shares! We’ve been loving seeing the harvests come in from the farm this weekend! We made fresh squeezed lemonade with Ry and both him and Marlo love eating the early girl tomatoes like apples! And the figs are delicious of course too!

Nature finds a way always! This year we didn’t have our annual tomato patch as part of scaling back as we grew as a family. I knew I’d miss the delicious rows of tomatoes and seeing Ry run up and down them harvesting hand fulls of tomatoes!

The farm found a way to still give us a tomato experience with this huge volunteer Early Girl Tomato plant in the middle of our silage tarp! We’ve been able to harvest lots of tomatoes from it and still taste the deliciousness of Summer! Grateful for how nature always provides❤️

We will return with our next csa program August 29th and sign up’s open this Monday! Spots are very limited so sign up early✨ we’ll have more apple varieties that are ready, beautiful flower bouquets, and some fun farm items included in your farm shares! Visit the link in our bio to sign up🌻
