Here's a few pictures of my herd boars. Berkshires and Hereford. I also have Iowa Swabian Hall and Mulefoot. Will get some pictures posted soon of them. I use those old breeds on some of my Berks and then breed those gilts back to a Berk. I want the bigger carcass but the mulefoot and Swabian Hall for a different meat quality.

These are some pictures of recent pork chops and roasts of various butcher hogs I took to Neighbors meats in New Richland. Meaty with nice Red Color. Remember this is pork. The industry calls it the other white meat. Lol! These are Berkshire cross pigs with Red Wattle and Hereford.
