Made a pilot batch of potato chipotle cream soup. Incredible. For this Saturday 4-8, our three soups, served in 3 cups together, will be potato chipotle cream, potato leak (gluten free) and shrimp roasted pepper bisque.
Much of our menu can be or already is gluten free. Also serving Saturday our standard house fondue and a beer cheddar fondue, coffee encrusted open face walleye sandwich, lake perch tacos with a curry avocado aioli, black pepper shrimp skewers, jerk chicken skewers, sashimi tuna with wasabi soy (yes chop sticks), spicy tuna roll, seared tuna with mushroom ragout, mini lobster and shrimp scampi, LOBSTER TACO's. And for dessert we have chocolate fondue(with sponge cake, donuts (naughty), oreos), cheesecake with sour cherry port reduction and gourmet white chocolate ice cream with raspberries and chocolate truffles.
