Cookie sampling again on vacay! Walnut chocolate chip and dark chocolate pecan in these amazing cookies! Simple, classic, perfection.

Just me, checking in to let you know that I’m doing some cookie sampling and dreaming as I’m on vacation!!

I don’t leave for a couple more days, but I am already looking forward to getting back in my kitchen and doing some cookie experimenting!!

My last loaves for two weeks are out of the oven. I am going to miss my little kitchen when I’m gone.

These will all be in the shed by 2pm for pickup! has her eggs in the shed, too, so be sure to grab them!!

This morning’s bubbly sourdough starter means tomorrow’s gorgeous sourdough loaves.

The bread dough is mixed up and beginning the sourdough fermentation process. It is one of the most amazing things to me.

Last call for Tuesday’s bread pickup in the bake shed! Orders close at 8pm on Sunday night.

This is the last bake day until I get back from vacation. The next pickup day will be Tuesday, June 12th. 😁
