I had caramelized plantains at a Puerto Rican restaurant in Petaluma a few weeks ago and had to try the recip. Very easy to make and delicious with a whole lot of flavor. Fijians make plantains but this is a different way .. more sweeter. Many recipes on instagram. Ammas kitchen is always trying different recipes and flavors, learning new recipes to perfect our taste. 💯
