Our Lamb Merguez is made with all-natural lamb and a bold blend of Mediterranean spices, including paprika, coriander, caraway, cayenne, garlic, and pepper. Juicy, savory, and just spicy enough, it’s perfect at home served over couscous with roasted vegetables and chickpeas.

A proper Croque Monsieur starts with a proper French ham.

Our Jambon de Paris is made according to traditional recipes using lean, whole-muscle pork that’s carefully seasoned and slowly cooked for a rich yet delicate flavor. All-natural, fully cooked, and gluten-free, it’s exactly the kind of ham this French bistro classic deserves.

Layer it with plenty of melted cheese and golden toasted bread, or add a fried egg and turn it into a Croque Madame. Either way, don’t be shy with the jambon.
