🏆 MIDDLE CREEK FARM EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH 🏆

Please join us in congratulating Sean, pictured here enjoying the benefits package that comes with being Employee of the Month. 😂😴

This month alone, he has:
📦 Made post office runs with customer shipments
🥥 Made an emergency coconut oil run when I ran out before my bulk order arrived
🧺 Folded the mountain of laundry I hadn’t gotten to
🫧 Washed the soap-making dishes
🏠 Kept things moving while I was upstairs bottling laundry wash and making car diffusers
🍽️ And somehow hasn’t complained when “What’s for dinner?” is answered with… absolutely nothing. 😂

Middle Creek Farm may have my name on a lot of the handmade products, but keeping this little farm and business running is absolutely a team effort. There are a whole lot of things Sean does behind the scenes that nobody sees—and sometimes I don’t give him nearly enough credit for them.

So today, Employee of the Month gets the recliner, the nap, and some well-earned recognition. ❤️

Thanks for keeping this crazy little operation moving, Sean. I couldn’t do all of this without you.

Now somebody please tell Employee of the Month his break is over. We’ve got orders to fill. 😂
