Ok we love trying different foods while out and about on our journey so here's today's. Miss Lillians in Dollywood is one of my favorites and today I tried Andouille Sausage with the red cabbage on it and it was amazingly good so Rhonda Vincent they get a 10 😉 then the cinnamon bread gets another 10, I could just eat that stuff until I bust. Now tonight we are eating at the Hotel, Compass Hotel Pigeon Forge and these photos are from it. Mandy got the chicken Quesadilla and thanks to the Waitress she liked me enough to let me try two different Burgers (I couldn't eat both) one was a regular double bacon cheeseburger and the other was called a Rasta Burger, it was two quarter pound beef patties topped with Swiss cheese, bacon and sweet pineapple chutney and served with a side of fries and I give all of it a 10 but in all honesty is deserves a even higher number because they all was delicious and then for dessert, chocolate cake with strawberries, just wow. If you want good food at a good price then eat at the restaurant here at the Hotel.

We get what we pay for is what ive always said but after i eat tonight i paid for top quality food that we didn't get. Not very many people have ever complained about our prices for food that I know of but I will say after our experience here in Pigeon Forge just now we are giving food away. We got the Bonless BBQ wings, just me and the wife with fries and loaded BBQ Nachos. The food wasn't worth eating and I didn't eat it except for the fries they was good but two meals 98.00, the same exact meal on our truck would cost 53.00 but the difference is a person could enjoy eating it. I have become a very bad critique over food now after owning our own business and cooking ourselves but the quality of food in these restaurants truly suck anymore. Although these restaurants are charging a fortune for food for low rated food I'll not raise my prices but keep serving the absolute best of everything I can at same affordable price.

Since I am just now starting to set up more in Hazel Green and I have never did any BBQ over this way I figured if you all like BBQ then I will spend a few days ina roll over here and add some to the menu. Like Baked potatoes smoked in the smoker, BBQ ribs, pulled pork, loaded BBQ baked potatoes, loaded BBQ mac and cheese, stuff like that. Let me know if you all like that ideal and if so I'll make it happen.

We will be doing call in orders tomorrow until 11am and then shutting down and will be gone until the 10th. On the 12th we will be setting the truck up at 205 at the Hazel Green Fire Department/ Food Pantry unless something comes up but either way ill be somewhere over taht way. We will also be adding Crab Ragoons to the menu for anyone that likes them. We do have some New things we are working on adding to the truck so we are excited and I hope once we get it ready and can announce it you all will be as well. Thank you all for the great week.

If anyone finds a Starlink Mini from Kentucky Auto and truck parts on Highway 15 in Campton to Porter and Sons Funeral Home then let me know please because I forgot mine on the roof of the truck and it come off from where I was setting at today to Porter and Sons, I went back to look for it within 30 minutes of parking and can't find it anywhere.
